B.A. of  Law faculty of Tokyo University.
Mr. Ono engaged in FX trading and Interest rate derivative business in BankersTrust Co. Tokyo. Then he became a head of banking book investment in Deutsche Bank Tokyo. After several years in Deutsche Bank, he established Re-plus inc. (successfully IPOed in Mothers) as one of the founding management member (COO), which focused to conversion / renovation of office building in Japan to dramatically increase the investment value of the property. After Re-plus he was back to financial industry as General Manager of Structured Credit business in Shinsei Bank and Aozora bank, taking care of Credit derivatives, REIT investment, Corporate credit risk evaluation, business value evaluation teams. From 2012he joined to Billarook, a boutique asset advisory firm in Singapore, as a senior consultant, to engage in advising cross boarder M&A and PE investment in Asia. He established Glaux Investment Pte. Ltd. in March 2013 as CEO/Director.
